The Kitpac folding modular building, is produced in the heart of the industrial Midlands, and is designed to meet the requirements of BS5950 with loadings to BS6399 Parts 1 and 2.

In addition to the Kitpac building we would be pleased to quote for Architectural services for Planning and Building Regulations and Civils, Groundworks and Foundations.

The buildings are manufactured in modular form and are used for a variety of purposes i.e. warehouses, workshops, vehicle maintenance sheds, offices, canteens, gymnasiums etc.

Our range of span sizes are from 5m to 21m which gives scope for many applications, with eaves heights from 3m to 6.5m. A building of any length can be achieved by adding 3m modules as required. Roller shutter doors, steel personnel doors, rooflights and rainwater goods are fitted as standard.

All steel framework is made from cold rolled galvanized steel sections, computer punched with galvanized plates, cleats and fixings.

A high degree of thermal insulation is achieved by factory fitting an additional steel skin to the interior of the building, giving an attractive hard wearing finish and securely retaining 160mm of insulation material giving a ‘U’ value of 0.25 W/m²K.
