Erection
The erection of the preclad modules and gable ends takes place in days rather than weeks.

Foundations
The building can be sited on a variety of foundations. On permanent locations the standard foundation consists of concrete slab with thickened edge beam.

Relocatable
The module construction allows the building to be re-sited many times at minimal costs.

Delivery
Usually 8/10 weeks with fast erection times due to the folding design.

Fire Protection
Walls of the buildings can be lined to give one hour fire protection.

Turnkey Project
A turnkey service is offered to clients from Groundworks right through to handover of the completed building.

Local Authority Approval
Drawings and design calculations are available for Planning & Building Regulations Approval.

Bad Ground
The modular design allows the building to be erected on bad ground conditions including infilled sites etc, without the need for concrete piles.
